High Tech E-Cigs Offer Choices For Smokers

The electronic cigarette gadget is wildly popular with users. The products were first introduced in 2003 and offer an alternative smoking experience to those addicted to tobacco. Smokers like the ability to have their nicotine fix without the expense and health risks associated with tobacco.

You can smoke the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes for about $2 when using e-cigs. That’s quite a bit better than the five to ten dollar cost of a pack of tobacco cigarettes. The electronic cigarette is a nicotine delivery system providing smokers with the”fix” they want without the necessity of inhaling toxic chemicals of tobacco products. You can choose the best e-cigarette gadget available and still spend less than you will for tobacco products.

Technological advances made the development of electronic cigarettes possible. The e-cigarette gadget is composed of an atomizer and a battery component. Screwed together the two portions look like a ball point pen or a cigarette depending on the brand you choose. Other models provide alternative smoking experiences for pipes, cigars and there is even a hookah electronic model available.

The mouthpiece may be round like a cigarette or may be shaped like the plastic tip on a small cigar. A battery is the second component of the e-cigarette gadget. This is the bottom section of an electronic cigarette. Early products routinely added a red or orange LED light at the tip of the battery section to give the impression of a burning cigarette. Now manufacturers provide a variety of color options and you can choose your favorite color for the LED “fire”.

Two batteries are usually included in starter packs for the best electronic cigarettes. This allows the customer to use one battery for smoking while the other is recharging. The most popular e-cig products are automatic versions but there are some manual models that require the user to press a button to release vapor for inhaling.

When the smoker draws on the mouthpiece, this gadget for smokers activates a small heating element that vaporizes the nicotine solution into a mist the user inhales. Better electronic cigarettes complete this process quickly and automatically to provide a realistic smoking experience.

The replaceable cartridge electronic cigarette is very popular with buyers. The disposable mouthpiece ends the need for messy e-liquids and cleaning is never needed. One cartridge is the equivalent of one pack of tobacco cigarettes. Changing cartridges is no more complicated than opening a pack of cigarettes.
