Healthy hair is a sign of good health and if you take care of your nutrition, you are unlikely to suffer hair loss. People have varying types of hair depending on heredity. You must take a good nutritious diet not just for your hair but for your overall well-being. A diet that includes proper amount of minerals, especially silica, iron, sulphur, zinc, and the Vitamins of B and C group are good for your hair.
